OM TANTRA
ACTIVITIES
Tantra is a way of living. Tantra is the path of living with higher consciousness. Tantra is an ancient spiritual science. The word “Tan” means expansion and “Tra” means liberation. It relates to the process of expansion of consciousness to attain liberation from our limited understanding of life. Unlike other spiritual traditions, it takes into account the physical body with all it's needs and desires and the spiritual bodies with all it's mysteries and subtleties. It teaches us how to balance and live in harmony between the psysical and spiritual realms. Tantra is a journey from duality to non-duality. We start working deeply with our individuality, then explore duality and ultimately we embrace Oneness.

SOUND HEALING MEDITATION
The Singing Bowls are a very ancient technology developed by the Bon in the Himalayas. The bowls stimulate and balance our brainwaves, creating a pulsating tone, that feels good and helps you to relax mind and body. The more you listen the deeper you relax, as your brainwaves begin to entrain with the Singing Bowl’s tone. The benefit of this entrainment is that your brain waves can be “toned” so that you can deliberately experience calming or activating mental/emotional states. It can be said that illness is a manifestation of dis-harmony within the body - an imbalance in the cells or a given organ. Since all matter is energy vibrating at different rates, by altering the rate of vibration we can change the structure of matter. The sound from the Gongs and Himalayan Singing Bowls entrain the brain to move from Alpha to Theta brain wave frequencies that induce deep meditative and peaceful states, clarity of mind and intuition.

CHI KUNG
Chi Kung or Qi Gong is a therapeutic practice of exercises with gentle movements and synchronized breathing, with the attention and visualization of the practitioner concentrated in the various parts of the body involved in the exercise, in order to improve the flow of energy. Chi Kung literally means "energy" (Chi or Qi) and "skill or training" (Kung or Gong), that is, training and manipulation of the energy of the human body. For millennia, Chi Kung was known by other names - Dao Yin or Nei Gong, among others - and was often linked to different practices: from martial arts to Taoist esoteric systems of meditation and spiritual development and also linked to systems of preventive medicine . Similar to other Western bioenergetic practices, what differentiates Chi Kung is that it is deeply connected to the theories of Traditional Chinese Medicine, that is, it uses the five elements and meridian theory, acupuncture points, energy circulation and other concepts, to exercise the body and mind and harmonize this connection. In my practices i combine Healing Tao Chi Kung from master Mantak Chia and Zhan Zuang Chi Kung from master Lam Kam Chuem. I've been practicing regularly since 1993 and teaching for more than 10 years.
