MANU EL SILVA
Manu is the founder of Om Tantra. He is a holistic therapist, bodyworker, sound healer and musician with more than thirty years experience of spiritual and energy practices. He has been drawn to spirituality and yoga since child. He practiced Raja Yoga meditation for seven years and experienced deep spiritual self-realisation while traveling in India. Practicing Chi Kung exercises and meditations since 1993 he learned the importance of grounding, being fully present and circulating the energy in the body. With Osho lectures and meditations he was initiated into the path of Tantra. With Tantric Kriya Yoga he has experienced the power of kundalini activation with kriyas, pranayamas and mantras. He has been practicing and teaching Ayurvedic Massage, Aromatherapy, Meditation, Chi Kung, Sound Healing and Tantric Kriya Yoga. Also has been experiencing and studying traditional practices of Shamanism from the Himalayas, North and South America as well the cross cultural Neo Shamanism. He is a certified Chi Kung instructor from Traditional Chinese Medicine Superior School, Sound Healer, Tantra Therapist, Sexual Coacher and Tantra Kriya Yoga Instructor from True Tantra Academy and the lineage of Himalayan Tantric Yogis.
